Cute area with shops and restaurants. A nice place to kill some time. I think the negative reviews mostly come from folks who expected too much. This is, after all, a small town.Full review by rachelkwatson

Run down and dirty. If you want to see homeless people this is the place. All the stores were nasty dirty and run down selling nothing worth wild. Lots of graffiti on the buildings.Full review by Anne P
