Probably not. Most of the area around the ship (parking, getting on board, etc.) is uncovered. While you could walk through the interior of the ship just fine, much of the grand part of the ship is the mounted 16" guns and other weaponry. All of this is exposed to the weather.

Nancy & Gary, I went during the week and It does not allow you into the gun turrets. I can’t speak to the enhanced weekend tour. Have fun! Bill
