Authorities in western Wisconsin say there is no indication of criminal activity in the death of 22-year-old Eliotte Heinz, though the investigation remains ongoing. In an update Friday, the La Crosse Police Department said preliminary findings do not suggest any criminal conduct in connection with Heinz’s death.
