Top-seeded Jannik Sinner is still looking for his first French Open victory and inched closer with a straight-set victory over the legendary Novak Djokovic in the semifinal. With the victory, Sinner advanced to the French Open final for the first time in his career.

Gauff knocked off Sabalenka in a shocking upset in the 2023 U.S. Open final 2-6, 6-3, 6-2. This is Gauff’s first final since her triumph in New York. The 21-year-old did make a French Open final back in 2022, when she lost in straight sets to Świątek.

Musetti retired after struggling with a left leg injury, as Alcaraz returned to the Roland Garros final before the blockbuster between Djokovic and Sinner
