Tottenham Hotspur are on the verge of completing a the signing of Portuguese midfielder João Palhinha, who is set to join from Bayern Munich on a loan deal. The 30-year-old's move to North London comes after personal terms were reportedly agreed, and the deal is expected to strengthen Spurs' midfield options for the upcoming season.

Palhinha, 30, only signed for Bayern from Fulham in a deal worth €51m last summer, but started just 10 matches in 2024-25.
