A judge has dismissed the lawsuit that Justin Baldoni filed against his “It Ends With Us” costar Blake Lively after she sued him for sexual harassment.

Baldoni’s legal action also alleged that Lively, Reynolds and Sloane worked with The New York Times to “spread a false narrative that Baldoni committed sexual misconduct towards Lively,” partly through the publication of an article in the Times in December.

A judge on Monday dismissed Justin Baldoni’s $400 million defamation lawsuit against Hollywood power couple Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, a major development in the ongoing civil litigation between former co-stars Lively and Baldoni.
