Carlos Narváez hasn't just been a pleasant offseason addition for the Red Sox. He's been arguably one of the best rookies in baseball.

5) Carlos Narváez threw out Anthony Volpe, the extra-inning automatic runner, at third base for the first out of the 10th inning. He initially was called safe but the Red Sox challenged and the call was overturned. Narváez has thrown out three of four runners who have tried to steal against him the past two games.

Judge busted Garrett Crochet's shutout bid with a one-out bomb to left out of Fenway Park, but the Sox catcher picked up their ace in the bottom of the 10th with a game-winning Wall-ball.
