BJP cites statement of Sikh and gurdwara management bodies to urge Rahul Gandhi to withdraw his remarks made in the U.S. on the Sikh community

Members of several Sikh religious bodies met with a Union minister on Saturday to discuss their concerns pertaining to the comments, the Hindutva party said.

While interacting with students and members of the Indian diaspora in the US earlier this month, Rahul Gandhi had talked about Sikh rights, which had led to strong criticism by the BJP.
