The start of South by Southwest (SXSW) is nearly upon us, and organizers are still adding new speakers and music showcases to its already overflowing lineups of entertainment. Featured guests continue to be announced for South by Southwest (SXSW) ahead of the festival's March 7 start, with former First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama and her brother, Craig Robinson,

Former First Lady Michelle Obama will participate in an event at South by Southwest, appearing at a featured session with her brother Craig Robinson. The SXSW event will be held at 1 p.m. CT on March 13.

"Michelle Obama has long been an inspiration to us at SXSW and to millions of people around the world," SXSW President Hugh Forrest said.

Michelle Obama is no stranger to South by Southwest. In 2016, she delivered a powerhouse music keynote alongside Missy Elliott and Queen Latifah, and we can reasonably expect another powerhouse address when she returns to SXSW on March 13.
