MIAMI - Margelis Tinocco, 48, broke down in tears at the Mexican-U.S. border Monday, the day her long-awaited immigration appointment was canceled. Tinocco is among over 30,000 migrants who had been waiting in Mexico for a chance to enter the U.S. under the now-defunct CBP One app, which President Donald Trump terminated on his first day in office.

Shortly after taking his oath, President Trump began enacting a series of executive orders, including initial steps for his mass migrant deportation program.
