Miguel Cabrera reported Wednesday morning to Detroit Tigers spring training for the first time in 2025. Cabrera, who turns 42 in mid-April, will be active as a coach at the TigerTown complex from Wednesday through Monday.

Jack Flaherty got the start and was outstanding, pitching 4 innings without giving up a hit. Jace Jung jacked his first homer of the spring.

The Detroit Tigers get set for another Spring Training game, as they get a chance to play under the lights on Friday when they host the Baltimore Orioles. The Tigers will be coming into this game after a rare day off. Their last game saw them take on the Philadelphia Phillies in Lakeland for the third time already this season.
