Twin brothers charged in a Memphis FedEx shooting were released without bail, mirroring a decision for the alleged shooter. This sparked controversy among local officials.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two more suspects charged in the shooting of a FedEx employee have been ordered released from jail on their own recognizance (ROR), according to court records.

The decision comes two days after the third suspect, charged with attempted second-degree murder, was also released on his own recognizance.

The twin brothers charged in a shooting at FedEx World Hub are set to be released from jail without bond. Ja‘Marcus Odell and Ja’Marion Odell are charged with facilitation of attempted second-degree murder in the case.
