One man is dead after a collision between a pickup truck and a semi-truck in the city's southeast Wednesday night, making it the 37th fatal collision this year, according to police.
Wednesday was a windy day, and the weather was a contributing factor in nearly a dozen accidents on a two-mile section of an Idaho highway.
