U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro is holding a press conference Monday afternoon following recent "teen takeover" activity in Washington, D.C.

Cole Tomas Allen, 31, from California, was also charged with weapon offences allegedly relating to Saturday’s shooting.
