Los Angeles Angels designated hitter Mike Trout has made a big return from the IL, including a lucky home run against the Baltimore Orioles.

The Los Angeles Angels signed a catcher, have reported continued knee soreness from Mike Trout, and swept the Athletics again.

After a month-long absence due to a bone bruise in his left knee, Mike Trout made a triumphant return to the Los Angeles Angels ' lineup on May 30. The 33-year-old superstar had been sidelined since April 30, but his comeback as the designated hitter against the Cleveland Guardians signaled a significant boost for the team.

Mike Trout is back on the field for the Angels, but he jus still dealing with some discomfort in that injured knee.

Mike Trout had three hits, including a three-run, 454-foot homer off the left-center field light stanchion in the Angels’ six-run first inning and Los Angeles held on to beat the Boston Red Sox 7-6.
