Xander Schauffele, the world's second-ranked golfer, is officially on the tee sheet for next week's Arnold Palmer Invitational, marking his first PGA TOUR appearance since an intercostal strain sidelined him for two months.

Thirty-eight of the world’s top 40 will play in the $20 million signature event including the world No. 2 who has been out since the season opener.

The two-time major winner has been out for eight weeks but returns to the Arnold Palmer Invitational this week.
