A uthorities are holding an Afghan national in connection with a shooting in Washington, D.C., that left one West Virginia National Guard member dead and another critically injured.

Sarah Beckstrom, 20, died of her wounds and her fellow Guardsman Andrew Wolfe, 24, was "fighting for his life," Trump said.
