According to the Department of Public Safety (DPS) Capitol Region, they identified a credible threat toward state lawmakers planning to attend a protest at the Texas State Capitol Complex Saturday afternoon. This follows the shooting of two lawmakers in Minnesota early Saturday morning.
Ewing, 18, pleaded guilty in the 2024 Wilmer-Hutchins high school shooting and was sentenced to five years in prison.
