Netflix has inked an $83bn (£62bn) deal to take control of the studios behind hits such as Harry Potter and Succession.
Netflix announced it will buy Warner Bros. in a $72-billion deal that includes ownership of iconic properties like Harry Potter and the DC Universe.
The cash-and-stock deal would give the world’s largest paid streaming service expansive power over theater owners and entertainment-industry unions.
