Beth Mooney achieved a huge first for Australian women's cricket in the one-off Women's Ashes Test against England.

Australia batter Beth Mooney etched her name in record books and created history during the Ashes Test against the England women's team. Mooney has been a star performer for Australia over the years and is playing her 8th Test match.

Australia are nine wickets away from securing the first whitewash in women's Ashes history as England still trail by 240 at the MCG.

In a historic feat, Beth Mooney became the first Australian woman to score a century in all three international formats. The incredible achievement came during the day-night Ashes Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). Mooney resumed her innings on Day 3 with 98 runs and faced England spinner Sophie Ecclestone in the first over of the day.

Beth Mooney became the fourth batter to score hundreds in all three formats of international cricket after Laura Wolvaardt, Heather Knight and Tammy Beaumont.
