Straka, who didn't have a bogey in the tournament until Sunday's 16th hole, won for the third time on the PGA Tour and for the first time since the 2023 John Deere Classic.
In the second round of The American Express 2025, both Charley Hoffman and Rico Hoey carded a 9-under 63 to get to 16-under overall, placing them in a tie for the lead heading into the weekend.
