MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- The Wisconsin skating community is mourning the victims of the plane crash in Washington, D.C. The Fond du Lac Blades, a figure skating group, told our affiliate WISN that one of their beloved test partners, Aleksandr Kirsanov, was among the victims. The team said he often came to Fond du Lac and worked with figure skaters.
