Gov. Phil Murphy​ declared a State of Emergency across 21 counties in New Jersey that will be in effect at 8 a.m. Sunday.
JERSEY CITY, New Jersey (WABC) -- Three people were hurt in an early morning car crash in Jersey City. It happened in the southbound lanes of Routes 1 and 9 near Duncan Avenue.
