The Buffalo Sabres are rumored to be pushing away a defenseman. Buffalo is looking to trade Henri Jokiharju, per The Fourth Period. Jokiharju is eligible to be an unrestricted free agent after this season.

It was another ugly night for the Sabres, who were taken to task by frustrated head coach Lindy Ruff after their loss to the Sharks.

The Sabres trailed 2-0 entering the third period despite possessing a 17-12 lead in shots. JJ Peterka scored to put them on the board early in the period, followed quickly by the tying goal from Alex Tuch. Dylan Cozens assisted on all three Sabres goals.
