The teenager was charged by Northamptonshire Police on Tuesday night after an inquiry into the death of 43-year-old Marta Bednarczyk.

A 13-year-old girl has been charged with murdering a woman whose body was found following a house fire. Police said the woman's body was discovered at the address in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, in the early hours of Monday morning.

Dillon Charles Berg, 38, is being held at the Pennington County Jail on a $100,000 cash or surety bond. He is charged with three felonies: first-degree arson, terroristic threats showing reckless disregard for risk and obstructing the legal process by interfering with a police officer.
