Dylan Dreyer and Brian Fichera's 12-year marriage ended in 2025, but their journey from meeting in Boston to coparenting remains inspiring

Dreyer first joined NBC News in September 2012. Prior to that, since 2007, she worked at the now-former NBC station WHDH in Boston. Dreyer also hosts the NBC educational nature program Earth Odyssey with Dylan Dreyer, which airs as part of the The More You Know block on NBC.

Today co-host and meteorologist Dylan Dreyer shared a post on Instagram, in which she announced that she and her husband of 12 years, Brian Fichera, had separated.
