When the "Naked Gun" reboot starring Liam Neeson debuted a teaser trailer, it was met with acclaim online. It spoke to a desire for theatrical comedy, but the stakes certainly feel weirdly high for a silly comedy sure to be rife with dumb jokes and sight gags.

In addition to Neeson, the film stars Paul Walter Hauser as Captain Ed Hocken, Jr.—Hauser will also appear as Mole Man in the forthcoming Fantastic Four: First Steps —and Pamela Anderson as a sultry femme fatale named Beth. The cast also includes Kevin Durand, Danny Huston, Liza Koshy, Cody Rhodes, CCH Pounder, Busta Rhymes, and Eddy Yu.

Paramount just released its first fill trailer for its upcoming revival of "The Naked Gun", starring Liam Neeson as Frank Drebin, Jr. and it's exactly the kind of goofball humor fans of the previous films have come to expect.
