In honor of Veterans Day, ValleyCentral is accepting photo submissions from viewers of their loved ones who have served in the military. ValleyCentral created a frame to highlight those who served in the military as a way to thank Veterans for their service.

About an hour later, the City of Cleveland Veterans Day Parade kicked off in front of City Hall and hundreds of participants wound their way through downtown Cleveland and back to City Hall. Citizens lined the sidewalks and waved, took photos and videos, and cheered as the marchers passed by.

Veterans Day celebrations are happening throughout East Texas and in Tyler, Tyler ISD recognized teachers and staff who served the nation and now the district. According to the district, members received a flag pin that Southside Baptist Church donated as a token of appreciation.
