Google Play has unveiled new features like Play Games Sidekick to help users curate relevant information and access to Gemini during sessions.

Users can expect more personalization, a redesigned Apps tab, new Play Games experience, and other features that leverage Gemini AI.

Much of the Google Play update is intended to create a more personal experience. Upgrades to the Apps tab, for example, will “spotlight timely topics tailored to your interests” at the top of the app.

While playing games, you can pull Gemini from a dedicated sidebar and it will guide you through a game using text, audio, and verbal guidance.
