A popular thrift store is planning its fifth metro location with a big price tag.

The 61,162-square-foot building at 2308 Cerrillos Road was listed March 5. Smith's now has only one Santa Fe location.

"I don't know what I'm going to do with it, but it's not getting donated back," the social-media poster wrote.
