Malcolm-Jamal Warner, an actor and artist who rose to fame as a child as Theodore Huxtable on “The Cosby Show,” has died, according to a source close to the actor.
Five people died after three vehicles collided on state Route 67 in Poway, sparking a half-acre brush fire Friday afternoon, sheriff’s officials said. The crash happened just after 12:30 p.m. at the highway intersection with Iron Mountain Drive, sheriff’s Sgt. Saleem Payman said in a news release.
