Make it back-to-back seasons that catcher Danny Jansen has moved at the Trade Deadline. This time, he’s moving home to Wisconsin. Jansen, 30, is the pride of Appleton West High School, about 90 miles north of American Family Field and home of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers,

The Brewers could pair the 30-year-old Jansen with starting catcher William Contreras, a two-time All-Star who has been less productive at the plate this season. Though Jansen is batting just .204, he has posted an .820 OPS against left-handed pitchers. Contreras has produced a .625 OPS since June 1.
