Detectives with the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office are hearing multiple reports of scammers attempting to trick victims into buying gold and sending it to them via a courier.

The 14-year-old student was stabbed in the neck with a 3.5-inch tactical folding knife, the school superintendent revealed.
