An outage at Cloudflare led to several leading applications, such as Google Cloud, Discord, Spotify, Twitch, Firebase, Cursor, etc. partially shutting down. This is a developing story.

Google’s first public update to its status page came well after a message from Replit CEO Amjad Masad at 2:34PM ET, when he tweeted, “Google cloud is having an outage and that’s taking Replit down. We’re working with them to bring it back up ASAP.”

Amazon Web Services, Google, OpenAI and Spotify were down on Thursday after a widespread technology outage.A large number of platforms appear to have been impacted, with tens of thousands of users reporting issues on Downdetector.
