BECKLEY – A storm can impact the residents of West Virginia at any time so FEMA officials are reminding residents of the importance to be prepared year-round.

A combination of warm, dry and gusty conditions this afternoon will create an elevated risk for fire development across areas of eastern Ohio and northern West Virginia.
