Last year’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 was the second Call of Duty released after the Microsoft acquisition ( Modern Warfare III was the first by just a matter of weeks) and had no Nintendo support.

Microsoft and Xbox recently announced the next major Call of Duty title, Black Ops 7, at the Xbox Showcase on June 7, 2025.
