Starrs joins Harley-Davidson from Topgolf Callaway Brands, where he served as CEO of the Topgolf subsidiary. During his tenure at Topgolf, he oversaw more than 100 global recreational venues and 30,000 employees, growing revenues from $1.1 billion in 2021 to $1.8 billion annually.
