Gordon Turner, 22, is accused of striking and killing a University of Delaware student and injuring 8 others while driving an overdue U-Haul truck.

Two people in the U-Haul truck fled after police tried to arrest them, police said. A University of Delaware student was killed and several other people were injured after a person drove a U-Haul truck through Newark, Delaware, police and university officials said.
