Well, in the latest mock draft from ESPN’s Field Yates, the Giants pass on Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders at No. 3 — and take Miami’s Cam Ward there, while making him the first quarterback off the board.

Sanders already met with the Titans, Giants and Browns at the Shrine Bowl — the teams that hold the top three picks in the draft.

The New York Giants currently do not have a quarterback under contract for the upcoming season. They have mentioned bringing back third-stringer Tommy DeVito but they'll need to add a seasoned veteran along with a rookie to fill their quarterback room.

Shedeur Sanders revealed Tuesday in a video from Well Off Media that he has visits scheduled with the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants. He added that they were currently the only two he has booked (6:25 mark).

NFL Draft discussions are in full force, and the debate is about whether it’s quarterbacks Shedeur Sanders and Cam Ward or Penn State Nittany Lions edge rusher Abdul Carter who should go higher in the draft.
