The Princess of Wales revealed Tuesday that her cancer is in remission, following treatment earlier this year at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London.

Kate Middleton is giving back to the hospital where she was treated for cancer last year. The Princess of Wales, along with her husband Prince William, have become joint patrons of the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust.

The Princess of Wales spoke with patients undergoing cancer treatment at the hospital, and when she arrived, per the Independent, the royal hinted that she'd been arriving at a back entrance in the past. “I was just saying, coming in the front entrance here, having made so many quiet, private visits, actually it’s quite nice," she said.

Princess Kate revealed this week that she had been a patient at the hospital last year during her cancer treatment.
