The Warriors went 2-9 making the playoffs last season and only have a combined three victories in the last two seasons. The current map, as of Wednesday, July 9, of road closures by the Ruidoso All-Hazard Information Network, provided by the Ruidoso Office of Emergency Management, notes that many roads are washed out as a result of the rainfall. They include:

RUIDOSO, New Mexico (KCBD) - Midtown is an iconic part of the Village of Ruidoso, considered its heart and soul. Along Sudderth Drive is a stretch of shops and restaurants offering a variety of goods and food for all ages.

A flash flood in Ruidoso, New Mexico, swept through an RV park, causing fatalities and widespread damage. Three people staying at the RV park were killed or went missing in the flood. The floodwaters crested at a historic 20 feet, exceeding previous records.

A Flash Flood Warning was issued Thursday afternoon for the village of Ruidoso and surrounding areas after heavy rainfall from monsoonal thunderstorms triggered flooding and water rescues around burn scar areas.

"Heavy rainfall will cause extensive and severe flash flooding of creeks, streams and ditches in the South Fork Burn Scar. Severe debris flows can also be anticipated across roads. Roads and driveways may be washed away in places.
