The biggest mistake people make when trying to fix their posture is that they don’t strengthen themselves in a better position. It’s one thing to do corrective exercises that help improve mobility & movement restrictions, but an entire different beast to train your body to be resilient under stress. What patterns are you training your body to use when sh*t hits the fan and things get hard? To be clear: I’m not saying we need to have perfect posture when we lift. I would never advocate for that.
