How to EASILY Sprout Beans & Seeds in a Jar

Making bean sprouts at home is super easy — and you don’t need anything fancy! Here’s how I do it: You can use any sprouting beans, lentils, or chia seeds, but I love mung beans/green beans the most. Steps: 1. Rinse the beans: Give your beans a good rinse to wash away any dust or dirt. 2. Soak overnight: Put the beans in a jar or bowl and cover them with plenty of water. Let them soak for about 8–12 hours or overnight. 3. Drain and rinse: The next morning, drain the beans and rinse them well. 4.
