Regarding the 62-year-old woman with history of CABG (LIMA to the LAD) presenting with acute MI and found to have subclavian steal syndrome. The patient was treated with percutaneous intervention of the native LAD across the LIMA-to-LAD with resolution of her symptoms. Her arm was found to have a 15 mm total occlusion of the left subclavian but evidence of critical limb ischemia.
