Mrs. Anderson’s classes went over beef cattle handling techniques and learned about Temple Grandin in the process. Check out a few of these cattle working chutes, dip systems and pre slaughter working pens. The academy is being held for the second year at the Southwest Center for Rangeland Sustainability at the Corona Range and Livestock Research Center in Corona, New Mexico.
