Kortney Olson 🍉 on Instagram: "Build a strong core. You’ll be a lot more difficult to manipulate. Name of the game is slow, controlled and intentional (mindful muscle). Pay attention to your foot placement on the ball and feel how you activate different parts of your core by applying downward pressure. If you’re brand new to balls- start out by doing 5 reps of each movement. If you’ve played with balls before, 10-20 reps. If you’re an OG, go for 30 or just turn an interval timer on. Wave rider
