LIONS GATE BRIDGE The Lions Gate Bridge, officially known as the First Narrows Bridge, is a suspension bridge in Vancouver, British Columbia, that connects the city of Vancouver to the North Shore of Burrard Inlet. Opened in 1938, it was built by the Guinness family and is now a National Historic Site of Canada. The bridge has three lanes, with the center lane used for reversible traffic to manage congestion, and it includes pedestrian walkways on both side. | Estela Ethel Gelera
