With Carnival Monday just days away, costume collection is in full swing. CNC3 News visited three distribution sites on Wednesday where costumes are either sold out or nearly gone. Representatives admitted that geo-political tensions between Venezuela and the United States, among other issues, created uncertainty for some patrons.
