Nectarine Cobbler Ingredients: 1 nectarine, sliced ¼ cup flour (I used gluten-free) 2 tbsp granulated sugar ¼ tsp baking powder ¼ cup whole milk 1 ½ tbsp unsalted butter Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 F In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk to form a thick batter Melt the butter in an oven safe pan, then pour the batter on top Slice the peaches and arrange on top of the batter, and do not mix Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown Enjoy
